Your Role This position will primarily be responsible to interface with key stakeholders to design the best possible solution within the constraints of specifications, costs, products, quality and timelines, and being ultimately accountable for the veracity of its resulting implementation through to final solution delivery and acceptance by the customer; part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued. Your Key Responsibilities - Designs and executes the technical solution in customer projects with high complexity and risk. - Provides leadership and leads large project technical teams to deliver integration, operations or performance related services. - Proactively seeks to understand customer needs and provides solutions to them. - Acts as single point of contact (SPOC) on all Core solutions for the corresponding customer group. -Experience in cross domain /E2E solution architecture -Good understanding in presales aspects like scoping, estimation and risk management -Ability to take responsibility and coordination of for solution architecture / design and lead technical issues -Able to work and produce targeted results with minimal supervision -Self-starter - able to demonstrate strong sense of business ownership and leadership -Motivated by, and committed to meeting challenging individual and team deadlines -Independent and self-directed -Ability to create order in an unstructured environment -Good experience in large and complex system integration projects -Strong skills in system engineering and architecture design methodologies - Work in coordination with other departments to incubate new solutions and technology for existing and new businesses - Strong oral and written communication skills Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 15 years of experience in Information Technology. At least 8 years of experience in Telecom domain Preferred QualificationsAt least 5 years' experience in E2E Solutioning and Designing Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in software development life cycle Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
