Responsibilities: • Responsible for in solutions project delivery and support. • Implementing ECM solutions based on requirements defined by line of business owners and stakeholders, and staying within budgeted estimates. • Support enterprise solutions implemented at customer sites. • Diagnose and troubleshoot operational issues impacting deployed solutions; work collaboratively to resolve issues. • Crafting functional requirements for the implementation of their ECM solution. • Implement customer solutions based on the documented business discovery. • Provide knowledge transfer to customers-appointed representatives and users. • Collaborate with other appointed professionals, transferring expertise in delivering and supporting solutions. • Maintain a high degree of proficiency with the relevant ECM product modules and their appropriate application to ECM requirements. • Follow all procedures relevant to your responsibilities and properly escalate inconsistencies found in procedures to the relevant personnel. • Faithfully and diligently work to satisfy your internal and external customers beyond expectations. • Manage project-related activities like requirements gathering, providing technical solution design, proposal review, SLA review, project costing, vendor interaction, and infrastructure sizing and review. • Knowledge of design principles and fundamentals of architecture. • Understanding of performance engineering. • Knowledge of quality processes and estimation techniques. • Basic understanding of project domain. • Ability to translate functional/nonfunctional requirements to systems requirements. • Ability to design and code complex programs. • Ability to write test cases and scenarios based on the specifications. • Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies. • Awareness of the latest technologies and trends. • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate. Requirement: • Documentum development and customization experience are mandatory. • Design, develop & deployment of custom solution WDK customization. • Need to have working experience on Core Java, J2EE and Web service concepts. • Experience in BOF, DQL and API , workflows, lifecycle Documentum configuration. • Experience working in UNIX & Windows platforms, monitoring Documentum services, log files, and troubleshooting. • Hands-on with tools like Documentum Composer, DAR Installer, Business Process Manager, Documentum Administrator. • Knowledge of the existing client product portfolio, associated technologies, and standards is highly desirable. • Strong hands on experience in Documentum Webtop 16.x & Documentum Content Server 16.x, 21.x, Captiva. • Expert with proven project experience in using DFS (Documentum Foundation Services) & DFC. • Banking domain knowledge will be an added advantage. • Assist in designing architecture and documenting all architecture changes, sizing basis and configuration documentation. • Hands on experience with Documentum custom jobs, methods, Captiva integration. • Documentum Administration , setup and migration experience. • Knowledge of shell scripting to automate housekeeping and monitoring services on RHEL servers. • Working knowledge of Oracle database is preferred. • Hands on experience with code version control tools such as GitHub etc. • Experience with deployment automation, cloud platforms and Load testing is a plus. • Proficient with tomcat, JBoss, WildFly, SQL Server, Scripting, Web Services (REST/ WSDL).
