We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Customer Relationship Officer. Principal Responsibilities - Achieve telemarketing KPI’s by utilizing the resources available and ensuring maximum productivity with tools/systems provided - Good collaboration relationship with the telemarketing team and Team Leads, positivity and determination to succeed - Call existing customer base using a prepared call script to provide after-sales servicing and cross sell opportunity via our Financial Planning Executives (FPEs) - Ensures strict compliance with company and partners’ policies and procedures – including but not limited to PDPA and DNC registry - Delivers measurable outcomes with appointment setting and appointments met - Meticulously manage and update leads provided in Salesbox - Manage Customer Centre emails from enquiries posted by orphan policyholders who require servicing/claims assistance from FPEs - Feedback to Team Leads on customer feedback and areas of concern - Any adhoc projects - Minimum “O” Levels - A customer-centric mindset - Highly driven and motivated with a positive attitude - Team player - Preferable - minimum 1-2 years’ work experience in a contact centre, preferably in insurance To be considered for this role, the relevant rights to work in Singapore is required.
