Job Description: This role is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of large program deliverables which requires engagement across multiple organizations. Key responsibilities include communicating target outcomes, coordinating delivery, resource planning, providing visibility of program health, and managing program risks, compliance and financials. This role facilitates sync points between business and technology leaders across, as well as Risk and Compliance partners. Individuals in the role also ensure delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline and cost. Responsibilities: • Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery of large programs (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, and so on) • Broadens relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk • Establishes target outcomes in partnership with the stakeholders and leaders • Tracks success metrics and provides status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, performance, risks/issues, and schedule • Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements • Manages program financials and supports resource planning • Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards This position may also have responsibilities for managing associates. We are looking to hire a highly experienced Technical Product Manager focused on our cloud financial operations (FinOps) space who will help facilitate, develop, and complete roadmap deliverables for Enterprise Cloud Platforms. This role will work closely in supporting the technology executives with coordination of tasks, issues, and risks through partnership with Technical Leads, Vendors, Project Managers on the program and across various Lines of Business. Position Summary: In this role, we are seeking individuals who can influence the design and build of applicable solutions utilizing their deep knowledge of available technology and tools, while leveraging their knowledge and experience with industry standards to implement robust solutions. Candidate will own and manage components within a portfolio of technology-driven initiatives for a single business unit/LOB partner and have significant strategic influence over the deliverables for multiple internal and external stakeholders and partners. Candidate will also be responsible for the management of client / business areas within the their portfolio and the successful delivery of its information technology-related deliverables, with accountability for the creation and development of technology solutions appropriate to the customer’s business needs and objectives, including oversight of the implementation of programs, projects and processes. Candidate will work with partners to develop and drive technology solutions and define business case development across functional groups or within a business domain. The role requires strong technical skills and the ability to provide technical leadership as a proactive and strategic business partner in the development of cross-functional objectives, technology solutions and innovative designs. May or may not manage employees. Required Skills - 10+ Years of Technology experience. - 3+ years working with Cloud Service Providers (AWS, Azure, Google). - Experience working with cloud services providers. - Ability to be proactive, innovative and creative in meeting organizational and partner needs. - Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas. - Ability to execute in a fast paced, high profile environment while balancing multiple priorities. - Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrixed environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of the organization. - Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative manner. - Adept at conducting research to understand system functionality and translate research into solutions to meet requirements. - Demonstrated experience partnering with program / project management to create detailed project plans and delivers against them. - Experience working in a SCRUM/Agile environment.
