We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultant Specialist. In this role you will:  - Enable the transition and continuous evolution of the organization into the new ways of working structured across Sub-Value streams and Platforms. - Be working closely with the platform heads / leads for establishment, defining ways of working, and refinement of the capabilities (skills/people) on an ongoing basis. - Be enabling change management & communication strategy across locations and teams in pursuance of the strategy and change adoption globally. - Manage Financial & Data Capacity: Manages alignment of people and funding data across Pioneer and other tools. - Manage Workforce: Manages workforce requirements, ensuring creation and successful execution of headcount caps, annual furlough process, role migrations and conversions and ensures alignment of data across relevant tools and systems. - Support CIO and other leads during Headcount efficiency exercises. - Be accountable for governing programs/sessions enabling mentorship, upskilling & training of the resources across the value stream.  - Be enabling adoption of Lean Portfolio management in line with the new ways of working. To be successful in this role, you should have:   - Extensive experience in program / project management focused on Change & Transition Transformation – working directly with diverse stakeholders both internal and external to the function - Exposure to running function / global team wide programs and initiatives converging aspects of Org Design, people, capabilities and associated communication strategy & plans. - Excellent planning, organizing and commercial skills including strong financial management capability - Ability to communicate complex issues concisely verbally, and in written form - Ability to analyze complex issues and identify / assess the long-term impact on project / Programme delivery - High degree of drive and motivation - to ensure delivery of objectives in a timely, efficient, and effective manner. - Attention to detail combined with strong delivery focus and ability to meet aggressive timeframes with quality results - Experience in HSBC Finance Management tools - GPDM, Clarity, HIBS, Pioneer, Knowledge / experience of Workforce Management tools & processes (Preferred) and experience/ knowledge of Software Capitalization Tool (good to know) - Ability to cope with ambiguity and to translate it into tangible task. Experience in Agile Ways of Working and the adoption of best practices.
