And we’re growing!   The Role Our Manufacturing, Logistics, Energy & Utilities (MLEU) Consulting practice is looking for a Business Analyst join our ML growing practice. Apply now!   Responsibilities Business Analyst will analyze business problems to be solved with IT systems. In this role, BA will provide functional/domain expertise to identify, evaluate and develop IT systems and applications that are cost-effective and meet user requirements. - Provide support with end-to-end solution and process expertise when connecting IT and business stakeholders and identifying new technology-enabled solutions - Facilitate the translation of business needs into solutions/functional specifications and facilitate discovery sessions with business - Elicit business requirements and translate into high-level technical requirements, use cases, and user acceptance test plans Compare input from various sources to draw insightful conclusions. - Employ effective approaches when partnering with third party and internal teams Ensure development and sign-off of project scope. - Adhere to rigorous change management process. - Demonstrate skill when documenting current-state and future-state business process and data flows Lead user acceptance testing and ensure that systems addresses business needs from users’ point of view - Coordinate application development, quality assurance, training, and documentation with user sponsors and other IT personnel Strong communication and collaboration skills   Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Management/Information Technology/Computer Science/ Business Analytics or in any related field. - Masters level degree is a plus Min 3 years of experience in Life science domain and in business analyst in a client facing role - Good exposure to diagramming and product management tools like Visio, JIRA etc - Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team - Creating requirement documents such as Business Requirement Document (BRD), Use-cases, and any other artifact needed for the project Knowledge on Agile / Scrum methodologies - Demonstrable track record of business analysis and requirements analysis for projects with multiple stakeholders and high organizational or process complexity Mobile applications, API experience is preferred - Employee Status : Full Time - Employee Shift : Day Job - Travel Required: No
