Associate Director – Talent Acquisition (BPO) Are you a Talent Acquisition Manager who has led teams of recruiters? This position reports to the AVP of Recruitment for the Americas and will lead a large team of 15 or more, that handles upwards of 2,000 hires per annum. The role will set vision and strategic direction for Recruiting for the IOA (Intuitive Operations and Automation) Practice, which encompasses over 10-12 industry domains (Insurance, Healthcare, Retail, Life Sciences, Tech, Manufacturing, Utilities, Hospitality, to name a few). Must have a broad and deep understanding of the craft of Life Cycle Recruiting. Inspire and empower the team to work cohesively and collaboratively. Must possess a strong work ethic, confidence in one’s own skills and knowledge, and demonstrate professionalism during difficult conversations. This is a full-time remote role and provides a full slate of benefits from Day 1 of employment in addition to a competitive salary. Flexibility to travel for Recruiting events and leadership meetings will be required. Roles and Responsibilities: The incumbent will be responsible for the following: - Lead 5-6 direct reports and a larger team of 15+ Recruiters, located across the US - Handle a small team of 3-5 Recruiters in Central America - Provide direction and partner with a Sourcing team of 8-10 based in India - Set direction and strategy for monthly, quarterly and yearly hiring goals - Partner with the Pre-Sales and Sales teams during the exploratory and RFP phase for new projects and clients. Craft proposals to include the cost of talent, time to deliver & recruiting methodologies, to achieve goals, in an appealing and convincing manner to the client - Lead partners expectations and report hiring progress for the US region, via monthly reports, quarterly business reviews and meetings - Run strategic Recruiting programs for various locations in the US - Handle external partnerships with vendors, educational institutions, community organizations and non-profit entities - Evaluate external tools and methodologies for viability and make recommendations to senior Leadership on an ongoing basis - Facilitate change on systems and processes to improve Recruiter productivity and to optimize recruiting bandwidth utilization - Manage relationships with communities and provide leadership for job fairs, diversity initiatives, partnership with military bases, associations, affinity groups etc. Required Competencies, Experience & Education - 10+ years of expertise in the high-volume recruiting area and leading a team of 15 Recruiters or more, hiring for both Non-Exempt and exempt roles across levels - Must have experience developing teams that have hired at least 2,000 hires per year across North America at various levels - Must have some hands-on experience, recruiting for Leadership roles and should have led Recruiters recruiting for such roles - Must use system(s) of record daily to manage requisitions and candidate activity. It is critical system(s) are kept current. Data capture outside the system(s) is not permissible. - Ability to support request for proposals (RFPs) in the BPO space - Support Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) recruitment – with Director+ hires - Extensive experience collaborating with business partners at VP and above - Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English. Able to articulate thoughts and ideas clearly and put forth arguments, reasoning and opposing ideas in a convincing, non-confrontational manner - Must have worked in global settings where one had to interact with business managers, line managers and leaders around the globe - Preferably, the person should be someone who keeps up with pop culture, societal trends & generational trends, in order to craft strategies to attract them to the workforce - Experience with performance appraisals, quarterly check-ins, performance management and implementing improvement plans - Strong leadership skills including the ability to make swift, concrete decisions with minimal information at their disposal, empower and inspire the group to stay focused on short-term and medium-term goals and lead by example with integrity, and a solution-oriented approach - Experience running Recruiting campaigns using various traditional and social media-based platforms - In-depth understanding of macro and micro trends in the business and recruiting world - Excellent reporting, analysis, and data presentation skills. Ability to translate raw data into dashboards, metrics, and meaningful reports - Thorough understanding of at least one Applicant Tracking System, Compliance policies and Reporting methodologies - 4-year degree from an accredited US college or equivalent experience We pride ourselves on the talent we attract to our organization.
