Short Description: In this role, you will interface with client and elicit technical requirements, design and develop technical components. Roles and Responsibilities: For you to be successful in obtaining this role you will need to possess the following: - Candidate should have minimum 8 years of overall IT experience and must have minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in ECM technologies. - Should be responsible for documentation of lite design in confluence, update Jira tickets, etc,. - Should liaise with team to explain each module technically to get it done. - Should have hands-on experience to take up some tasks and complete it along with team. - Should be part of scrum calls with testing, integration, platform, and support teams. - Must have proper knowledge / working experience in IBM software stack – IBM FileNet, Case Manager, Datacap - Should be aware of ECM design patterns, enterprise release management to deliver artifacts - Must have working experience in Agile methodology. - Responsible to perform code review, unit test cases review and operational readiness checklist review. Skills /Competencies: Essential Technical Skills: - ECM & Portal: Adobe Experience Manager, IBM WebSphere Portal Content Management - Knowledge of Core Java, J2EE, CSS, HTML, JQuery, AngularJS - Tools: JIRA, Rally, TeamCity Builds, Jenkins, HP Quality Center - Microsoft Office Tools, HP Exstream Dialogue Domain / Industry:- Digital Marketing - Banking, Insurance, Marketing, - Enterprise Content Management Desirable Certifications / Professional Awards:- Adobe Certified Expert - Developer & Business Practitioner - AEM - Adobe Certified Business Practitioner – Adobe Campaign - IBM Certified Developer – WCM - Sun Certified Java Developer (SCJP) - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance - Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist Additional Skills: - Excellent customer interfacing skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
